Miele kf7544sn - Freezer

Hi all,

Me again, I am having an issue with my freezer; while the door does shut, however, if something sticks out the temperature drops.... this often resolves itself once I slam the draws inside.

I have taken off the back panel, and there isn't any ice build-up or any reason for the door to open, I have tried finding a gasket but cant seem to find any for this model.

Any other reason for what it could be? or where I can find a replacement gasket?
