Hi all, I hope you can help me with a few issues I have with my house extension plans before I submit them for planning.

1. Is 10cm okay for a two storey roof overhang on the gable end?

2. How close can velux windows go to the ridge?

3. What's the smallest velux windows on the market?

4. Best supplier for Milton Buff Bricks (cheapest)?

I've never done plans before and I don't have any building experience so forgive me if anything is a bit vague. I'll look forward to your replies.

If you like, every house is different, extensions usually match existing.

2. How close can velux windows go to the ridge?
Enough so that you can get a ridge tile, say one row of tiles and flashing in, say 300-500mm

3. What's the smallest velux windows on the market?
Its on the Velux website

4. Best supplier for Milton Buff Bricks (cheapest)?
Use a telephone to speak to suppliers
