MIRA ADVANCE ATL no power no red light

Hi,

Anyone handy with the older version of the mira advance atl 8.7kw shower ?

I have 240v at the terminals on shower and no red led light is on?

shower is dead.

Mira have advised they cant help me other than get their engineers out at 150ish quid.

I know there is a pcb, relay board, transformer etc but there is no flow charts for fault finding with my multimeter?

This shower was i think £300

There is no customer service after the warranty period runs out from Mira in my opinion SHOCKING !

What about the one shot trip ?

If you remove the front cover and look at the printed circuit board near the top in the middle there is a 4 way white connector with 2 black wires with power on check there is power at these wires should be 15 to 20 volts
