Mondeo aerial

Some nice person decided to snap the roof mounted aerial off my car the other night (mk3 mondeo) even though it was in my drive and they had to walk past other newer cars to get to it,anyway how do i remove the trin around the interior light without damaging it to gain access to the fitting.Any tips welcome

Not Mondeo specific but, more interior lights are mounted one of three ways.

1 - Lense clips out and screw under it
2 - Sprung clip holds it in place
3 - Small tab to lift/remove to access mounting screw

There will usuakky be a small cut out on any tabs or is the lense prys prys out. Look for this or signs someone else has been on with a screwdriver/blade.

If no signs then try pushing the whole unit front to back and side to side, if you feel movement chances are it is a sprung clip and will just pop out.
