A mate has a MK4 Mondeo which won't open it's bonnet.
Know nothing about newer stuff as I drive old hacks but a look round the interweb suggests the only option is to remove tray under the car and reach up to remove the plate that holds the latch in place, then use a screwy to open the bonnet.
Being the time of year it is I don't fancy lying down to do all that....anyone got a better solution?
