has anyone else got a special moon tonight (yeah i know it's the same one for all of us!!) but it's huge and orange !!

and it's only last month they said we were as close as we would be for the next 5 years didn't they?

what's going on?

Its caused by pollution in our atmosphere, the size of the particles will determine the moons colour.

And the lower in the sky the moon is, the more atmosphere you are looking at it through, and the bigger it appears.

I'd have thought posting links such as this person has posted would be reason enough to warrant a ban. Obviously Admin disagree. Quite what one has to do to be banned is beyond me.
