mosaic tiling

[color=indigo]My boyfriend and I just got done building a bar for his new home. I have been (luckily) given the job of tiling the top of the bar. I was hoping to do some sort of mosaic tile design but I am not sure how to go about doing this. The bar top is made of plywood and I ma just looking for a little help on the actual instructional process of mosaic tiling. All suggestions are welcome! Thanks![/color]
