Assuming I'm responsible for the pipework from the water meter onwards, am I permitted to re-route the pipework for the mains coming into my house.
The background here is that it enters via the downstairs loo, and I want the loo to be the 'new' entrance after bricking up the existing back door(well, before I do that actually), only the mains pipe is in the way!
