Cheers, all. I see Dan has hijacked my thread, haha.

Dan_Robinson - looks good but this bathroom won't be for me. All I'm doing is refurbing the place and selling.

It shouldn't be a problem so long as you create the 'fall' but check that when it's boxed in, your pedestal will move back far enough to fit under the basin.

That's if you will have a pedestal of course. A vanity unit set would solve the problem and hide all the pipe work

Yeah, I factored that in when I bought the basin and pedestal.

Don't use an access bend inside - why would you open a blocked pipe full of sh*t inside the bathroom!?

OP - I can't see that you're going to be able to create a fall unless the stack connection is significantly lower than the pan spigot you're planning to connect to it.

Would this fall be enough over the proposed distance?

That pipe needs to be sorted correctly I would find it alot quicker to cut the cast and put in coupling and plastic all the way

That way you won't have any issues

Otherwise a bodge with flexi's or offset pan connectors will be done for the leg it crew :mrgreen::mrgreen:

The stack looks like plastic above the branch - get it down and re do it outside, then you can connect the wastes into it

Cheers all. Decided to keep it as is and get the place sold ASAP.
