I know - done it myself - you feel a right t**t , but it makes it OK then to poke fun at other people who do it....

Doh! Chuffin old threads.

For anyone still having this problem as we did simply buy some wood dye the nearest colour you can and use it after clearing off the loose flakes then reapply your decking stain. Issue solved it now looks solid again
