My Garden, what to do ? Lawn and Decking

Just moved in and have a bit of work to do, anyone know whats wrong with the grass ? I've got a dog but he does his widdles up by a tree. Havent a clue what to put on it.

Decking needs reviving but not sure if it needs modifying at all.

Any ideas ?

Has it at some time developed bare patches that have then been re-seeded with a different kind of grass?

Give the grass a good 'weed and feed' wait 2 weeks then cut the grass and see what you are left with. Then you can take it from there.

As to your decking, it's up to you what you want from it. You could start with a wash with a pressure washer and decide if you want to enlarge it or you might like it as it is. I take it it was put there for the sun?

you say your Dog piddles against a tree, but did the previous owner have a dog.

They look suspicially like wee patches, I know, I have 'em all over my lawn
