just found out my potterton prima 60 is 18 years old has it passed its shelf life any idea how long they should last or is it a case of if it aint broke dont fix it,i would rather book a plumber to replace it than have it break and have to wait to get it replaced,i welcome your thoughts

This would be the worst time to change a boiler that is working satisfactorily. If you do work out a planned obselescence program do it in the summer time.

My view, keep it going as long as you can.
