My worcester 28i rsf combi boiler win't light up.

Any ideas folks
I have a worcester 28i rsf combi boiler, working perfectly till 4 days ago - timer switches on - no ignition - I can hear the sparking but no lighting up.
No CH or HW

Pumps and fan are working, It isn't the over heat switch or the water pressure!

Open front tempory and boiler ignites and keeps working. When it is sealed back up it continues working till next "off" period then wont ignite again

DIYnots stance is to not give advice on gas.

I assume that breaking to seal on the combustion chamber and POC putting the lives of your family at risk is fine, so carry on playing mate its your neck.

Corgi fitter looked at it - no ideas - that is why I am asking!!

ADVICE: Get a better corgi fitter bloke! Hope you didn't pay the first one, it's standard stuff.

I thought all RGI's had to be Competent, or are you saying some RGI's haven't a clue.
