Myson thermostatic radiator valves

I have 12 radiators, all with Myson TVRs. 3 are stuck on 'cold'. Could anyone tell me how to remove the top of the TVR so I can get at the vertical pin inside and loosen it ?

Immediately underneath the plastic body of the TRV there is a chromed ring. Unscrew that and you will get access to the pin. Might need to push the body down to ease the unscrewing.
