Name the tap cartridge - starter for 10.....

I am trying to get a replacement tap cartridge as the one presently in the tap is not working.
I have popped into BandQ and Plumbase and nil point so far..

Does anyone know what type of cartrdige this is and where I can get one from?

Dimensions are L59mm by 30mm at the widest point.

It would help if we knew the make of the tap, but it looks like a ceramic cartridge.
