What alternative seal can I use to connect a standard flush pipe from my pan to this concealed cistern outlet in the wall? I know is that it is a Schell cistern and the faulty fitting I am trying to replace is 65mm at its widest (second photo).

I've looked up the parts list for the Schell cisterns I can find but none of the fittings seem right for this one. This internal connector keeps coming up but it looks like what connects the pan not the cistern.

What do you think? Do I need a proprietary part or is there a universal fitting of some kind?

Hello and welcome - I can't see your photos but found a contact in Sevenoaks Kent from your link to the Schell website. I'd contact them direct, because most plumbers merchants stock is very generic.
