I've seen a shrub planted at the side of a road. Its stems are about a foot long very dense and lots of them. It flowers around May time with a carpet of tiny yellow flowers. Its almost like Dwarf Lavender Hedging but with yellow flowers. Long straight stems all from the the base of the plant with no leaves. looks fantastic. Can anyone help identify it.
