Hi, We have just had our Neff T2986N0 gas hob connected up, but has the following problem:
When you press one of the knobs and turn it left to max, the flame ignites okey. However when you release the knob, the flame goes out. I have held down the knobs for upto 5 minutes but the flame still goes out when released. This happens on all burners.
I have subsequently found that if you press down the knobs really hard (and I mean really hard with two hands) the flame then stays on and looks good.
My wife however is unable to do this and therefore can not use this appliance. Has anybody seen this before and can advise?
