I am doing some work for a customer but i am at a bit confused why i have no water in a loft conversion and i am looking for some ideas.
Customer has a cloakroom in the loft extension. They have a monoblock tap on the sink which don't give good flow at best of times, however, i have no hot water at all. Pump is negative head single stuart turner.
All looks ok with regards to plumbing that i can see and all valves are open.
The f&e tank is in the loft lower than the sink. Cylinder is on first floor (open vented).
Any ideas?
