Neomitis RTE7RD frost protection

I've just had a new thermostat installed - the frost protection icon is always flashing and the override orange light on the receiver box is flashing, so the heating stays on constantly. Where am I going wrong? I have tried all the usual - new batteries, resetting, turning it all off and on again. Thanks in advance

Did you use good quality alkaline batteries? Try removing them for say 10 minutes and if still no joy a further 30 minutes. When you say reset a factory reset?

Unless anyone on here knows, might need to contact Neomitis. You might need a new one. Is the temperature changing?
