Against my better judgement, I fitted a 3rd gen Nest to a customers heating. The system is a Y plan and works perfectly when I am there using the boost option but the customer informs me that it won't heat the water via the timer... Is there an option in the nest software to tell the programmer that the system is a Y plan (As opposed to a combi) does the movement sensor in the programmer have a bearing or does that only apply to the room heating function?
