Am looking at replacing my 40 year old back boiler with a condenser.
I have a couple of potential sites for it, but the best so far would be the bathroom, along with moving the DHW tank there as it would shorten the pipe runs for hot water (our bathroom is ground floor, behind kitchen, no other wet areas in house)
So we'd do new pipe runs for sinks/bath/shower but what happens when it comes to the CH?
There is a rad in the bathroom, so i thought it would simply be a case of terminating the old flow/return in the upstairs airing cupboard and hooking the new boiler into the CH circuit using the bathroom rad pipework?
Is this wrong?
i intend on getting a pro to do the work but haven't got the chance for a quote at the moment and wanted a idea of disruption
