New Door Architrave - before or after plastering

Hi all,

We currently have bare plasterboard walls in our living room and are getting it plastered in the next few weeks. I took the old architrave off a door frame and was wondering if it is best to fit the new architrave before or after the plasterers do their stuff?

No plasterer will thank you for making his job harder!! Definately fit the arch after the walls have been skimmed and dried out ( should be about 3 days)

And besides, you want to fit the architrave after the laminate floor has been fitted too
