Hi can have some help please as I'm new to the whole home owner thing. The vinyl came up on my new extension concrete kitchen floor. This has revealed patches of damp, but not the whole floor and not just on external edges (I did the test where you stick down bits of polythene)
Any ideas why this is ? I did wait a few months before laying any flooring. I'm hoping I can 'patch it up' as taking the whole floor up isn't really an option due to money, oh and the fact that there's a new kitchen in situ
