Is it is easy to recover 50-60mm?

Solid block footing 320mm wide just went in on new house extension and parallel walls are off square by 50-60mm

Foundation is 900mm wide -footing are solid block (215x440x100mm)
next part of build is cavity wall on top of footings = 2 x 100mm blocks.
cavity = 120mm.

50-60mm is not easy to recover, no.

You may be able to pinch 10-15mm off the damp from each end i.e. in one end and out the other, but certainly not 60mm.

Very poor setting out.

Yes indeed very poor. Looks like it may have gone off on 1 wall I'll get it rebuilt better to sort it now than deal with the knock on effect

Thanks for your helpful reply.
