New loft ladder now no heating

My daughter just had loft ladder fitted..All went well....
She asked if he could fit a shelf...he drilled though the pipes...
He has repairded the leak (by what Ive been told its 8mm or 10mm) anyway now no heating/water..He bleed rads..Just told her to bleed pump..she got air now water..boiler keeps going off..
Any ideas..please dont ask about the system...

She has plumber coming monday..but would like heat now.
