Background to this is that she bought a Samsung mobile from tesco using her birthday money. Couldn't get the small memory card to stay in and took it back to Tesco where the assistant told us that there was nothing wrong with the phone - you simply needed long nails to click it into place and to release it again. I asked to try a second phone which turned out to have the same problem so we got a refund. Now she wants a phone without faults.

How did I miss this? A bit sick for 11 and 12 year olds who have now been DIYnot.com grounded. Perhaps I was being naive to allow them access in the first place.
