Another plumby question.
We have recently had a new radiator fitted in a newly built room, however the rad is only hot at the top half.
I know that this has nothing to do with bleeding it....i'm not that stupid as the hot is at top and not bottom! but i did read somewhere that this could be due to sludge build up. Does this sound likely? Could it be anything at all to do with balancing the rads?
If it could be sludge, would I need a "Power flush" to sort it or could I drain it myself through the valve at the bottom? is a powerflush expensive?
