Can someone help me?

I have just had the following plumbed and fitted:

However there doesn't seem to be any cold water coming through at all just luke warm and very hot. Also the water feed coming through the shower head is just trickling and isn't very powerful. I have a combination boiler and this is at a pressure of 1.5.

Can anyone help me with what the problem might be?

If as you say it has just been plumbed in i would suggest calling the plumber, Hot and cold could be wrong way round, isolation valves could not be open fully, some showers are not suitable with Combi's, there are many reasons but for a new install they all point to incorrect installation and or selection.

Thanks PlumbGas

I was told when I bought it that it was suitable for a combi-boiler - Here are the specifications of the valve:

Concealed Shower Valve
3/4 inch inlets
Dual controlled thermostatic valve
Cube Handles
Built in anti-scald
Chrome finish
Suitable for water pressures between 0.2 and 4.0 bar
Suitable for gravity fed, pumped, combination or pressurised systems

Thanks - This is something I will ask my plumber.

If the hot and cold are the wrong way round could I ask how this would affect the temperature not being able to mix?

Because exactly that,

cold going into hot and hot going into cold, It's a thermostatic cartridge, it is a common problem

have you got full pressure at whb taps, does the main stop tap need turning fully on
