New Shower

Hi All
In the process of replacing the shower with a new one from screwfix
The new Shower has 2 earth terminals
Any advantage / disadvantage in adding a bond to the cold water supply as well as the earth from fusebox ?

Not necessary. In any event, some of the pipe work will probably be plastic at some point.

Yep I just put in the name screwfix as thats where I bought it and the system has made it a hyperlink

I will see if I can find a photo of the shower or If i cant I will take one in the morning

The reason for 2 earths is because that is an 'easy fit' shower, power can be fitted either side.

Ah That clears that up then
Never even noticed that the power supply can also be moved to the other side
