I have a Worcester Bosch Greenstar Ri (no opentherm) connected to a Honeywell ST9400S. It the has an old style wheel to set the temperature, on my wall in the hall.
This honeywell is a bit old style and doesn't allow me to have different timer e.g. at the weekend, or control it via phone app.
Is there a simple way to add some component to the Honeywell ST9400S to make it more modern / connect via app?
Or do I just need to replace the Honeywell with a different thermostat?
Given it has no OpenTherm, I assume a simple enough thermostat like a hive should do the trick (no need for something that goes beyond the on/off full blast, e.g. setting different levels of boiler power depending on the heating task ahead)?
