Hi there everyone - hope someone might be able to help me with this problem?
I recently had some new taps fitted in the bathroom - 1/4 turn off/on ones. The hot and cold supply to the bath taps and (new) shower go through a pump (well two actually, one downstairs and one upstairs). What seems to be happening is that all my hot water taps in the house now momentarily 'set off' the upstairs pump when they are turned on or off. I could understand this on the new basin taps but not on the others which are exactly the same. The problem seems to disappear if the bath taps/shower have not been used to a while (say 12 hours).
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this problem? - the plumber has told me I just have to live with it
