New upvc windows installation , scratches and marks

Hi

We got new UPVC windows and a new upvc side door.
The outside of most of the windows have marks , scratches , scuffs and it looks pretty deep sas you can see the white part (please see some pictures below) .
In addition the cylinder on the UPVC door is not ant snap (in the brochure it says all the cylinders are antinsap) and protrudes more than 5mm

We have contacted the company and they will be coming for an inspection today but was wondering where we stand and if we should request a replacement of the frames or accept a repair?.

Any help will be appreciated.

They look pretty rough to me but I'm not a plastic fan.

does look like some residue from the protective tape on there but there are also distinct marks. Saying that a touch up pen would cover all of those and you'd probably never notice it. The welds , in particular , are normally only covered by touch up pens when manufactured , as they are cutting the ' foil ' that gives your woodgrain effect. .....not perfect, but i wouldn't want to go to all the hassle of having the windows taken out again, for a few small marks....try to negotiate a small discount/refund instead
