Newlec NL2CHDPT1 replacement

Hi.

Can someone suggest a simple way to replace a Newlec NL2CHDPT1 heating controller with one which can be controlled remotely? We have an office space which people use and keep leaving the heating on high so we want to be able to check and control it over wifi.
