The new motorised valve did the trick, but had a small problem when I bought it. I was given the wrong replacement part and it was only when I rang honeywell to ask why I had an extra brown wire, that he told me I needed the 003 suffix not the 001, the plumbers merchants said that it made no difference. Any way its fine now. Thank you again.
