NO Central Heating

Hi Ive got a Chaffoteaux Britony 80 combi.
I put my CH on after the summer, it worked for 20 mins then stopped.
my hot water is fine. when I call for CH the boiler ignites for about 4to5 seconds then goes out. At first I thought it was my 3 way valve but its not.

Is the boiler flow pipe getting hot?

Are the radiator valves open - thermostatic valves can jam down over the summer - remove the heads and check the pin isn't stuck down.

The combi 80 diverter valves are known for sticking.

Dis-connect the hot water flow switch wiring from the top of the reed switch, put the heating on; If you still get plenty of hot water the diverter is jammed.

Rad valves and diverter are all ok.But yesterday noticed my CH was on! but the boiler was only switched to hot water. So am thinking PCB, or somthink electronic.
Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
