Hello,

About 3 years ago, I had an RSP50 fitted beside the hot water tank in the room next to my bathroom. It is fed hot water from the hot water tank and cold water is fed from the tank in the loft.

For 3 years it's been running perfectly, but during the past couple of months, the hot water pressure has been reduced slowly to a mere trickle now. The cold water comes out with normal pressure and the pump is working sounds as if it's working.

Could here be a blockage of some sort?

I'm not sure where to look first?

Any help would be welcome.

Start by disconnecting the hot supply to the pump, then run the hot water into a bucket if the supply is ok then the problem/obstruction will be with the pump or shower if the supply isint ok look at the tank or cylinder, is there isolating valves on the pipework?
