no pressure on hot water

can you help i have a boiler and cold water storage system in the attic
the thing is when i turn hot water out there is no force at all it takes ages to fill the cold water is really powerfull compared i had some one out who blew the pipes back it was ok for a couple of days but back to normal now
any ideas
