I recently had a Biasi Riva Advance conbi boiler installed,recently it gets very noisy for about 10 mins I think when the fan runs anyone got any ideas

I expect that the installer did not set the combustion conditions and probably has an undersized gas supply!
What power boiler is it and whats the pipe size and distance to the gas meter?
What are the last four digits of the serial number?
Did the installer even bother to check the working gas pressure at the meter and the boiler? Should only be 1 mB difference on full power.
