I wondered if anyone had any solutions to a noisy Potterton Back Boiler problem. It started a couple of days ago just after the cold spell. I had kept my central heating on very low constantly while we had the snow and turned it back onto timed as usual yesterday.
It has now started making a horrible noise each time it fires up like a plane taking off behind the fire. I thought it was going to explode it was so bad. The boiler is about 8-10 years old, any advice help would be appreciated.
