noisy windows.

had 4 windows fitted a year ago.when the wind blows there is a lot of noise coming from them. i have been in touch with the company and they send out a guy, who just sticks some silicone here and there.he says he can,t find any fault.either the frames or the fitting must be at fault.would having them refitted help,? the noises are very loud at times.thanks for any help.

window installers are calling today to apply mastic to cover hidden drain vents at bottom of windows. apparently a common problen with this kind of installation.thanks for reply.
