Old Fashioned Concrete Fence Post

I need new fence panels but the concrete fence posts are only 2 foot high with the wooden posts screwed to them. It is very stable but the wood is rotten and I'm sure the screws will be rusted in place. Any ideas what will remove them and also where to buy new ones! Any views on the Metpost bracket which is attached to the post that the fence panel slips in to? thanks from a woman who needs a little help.
