Only one thing missing -- let the council find the site, then make 'em pay for it and the amenities,then perhaps they may take care of it !! Also make a register so that the appropriate taxes may be levied upon them, after all, they have shown they can afford things -- ostentatious vehicles etc ---- -- One other thing, make sure any encampment is at least 10 miles from me !!
