Just turn the rising main off in the kitchen, open your taps to your bath untilthey stop running, change the taps, re open kitchen stop tap. Check for leaks"

I would say to try and save your hot water but I'm thinking let's just use the KISS principle

Gee Terry, did i say that, very sorry, thanks for your continued help, coping with my slowness in picking things up.

Good News, my Plumber has just got in touch with me, he is coming to do both jobs soon !!!!, phew :)
