OSO unvented water heater pressure question

We've recently moved to a house that has an unvented water heater in the cellar.

At the taps the cold water comes out at good pressure. The hot water comes out at good pressure for about 1 second after which it drops dramatically.

From my limited understanding, I believe the pressure should be the same for hot or cold. Any ideas what could be wrong?

The incoming strainer could be blocked, however to work on this part and other parts on unvented cylinders you should hold a G3 ticket. i recommend a plumber with the relevent knowledge.
