overloading consumer unit

I have a 100A crabtree consumer unit .Loading this board is as follows.
45a instant over sink water heater
45a shower
32a socket ring
6a lighting
6a lighting
6a outside lighting
Would this board be overloaded and if yes what do you do in this situat

The supply and the Consumer unit would only be overloaded if..

1: Your supply from the Mains does not have a 100A Fuse in the head.

2: You run everything at full power at the same time or,

3: The Shower and water heater are running at the same time with any other high load appliances, such as washing machines, Kettles, tumbles dryers etc.

The maximum potential load of most consumer units and distribution boards, (The total of all the MCB's etc installed in it) quite often exceeds the rating of the Isolator or RCD, whichever is the main switch.

This is no need for concern normally, and so long as common sense prevails never will be.
