Hello

We have a porcelain bathroom sink that we quite like and it's perfect for our bathroom. However, it's a pale yellow and not right for our recent decorating scheme.

We have shopped around to find an identical replacement, but no joy. Therefore I would like to spray it white to match other fixings.

I have never sprayed/painted a sink before and not even sure if it's possible. Any suggestions or reccommendations will be very much appreciated.

Thanks ... Mick

i would liken painting ware to painting ceramic tiles, i.e. not very successful.

is the design of the basin very obscure or fairly run-of-the-mill?

any chance of a photo?

if it is particularly old then a reclamation yard may be the best option.

Go to Google and type in "Tubby Shower & Basin Resurfacing Kit"

It's a bit pricey, but it would be preferable to painting your sink.
