Hi, I am buying a kids playhouse (Palmako Felix playhouse). It is made of tongue and grooved natural Nordic spruce. I can't find any information on if it is treated timber. I have emailed the company regarding this and await their reply.
As it's a playhouse it will be finished with bright colours. No issue with buying the finished colours, however it is what goes under that I am seeking advice. Treatment/Primer/Undercoat etc ?? What and what combination is best. Do not want to use anything that may alter the look of the final colour, therefore looking for natural or clear treatments/primers or at least one that will cover easily with finished coats. I am a newbie with outdoor paints as such
