Painting External Garden Room Walls with Fire Paint

Hi,

I've been told I need to paint the walls of my Garden room with fire paint. Anyone advice of a good paint to use? Do I need to get a certificate also?

The walls are wood. So would be nice to get a clear paint so not to change the colour?

Yes and yes. It's small enough to not need planning permission. But needs to comply with Building regs. Which means the walls need to be painted with fire paint before they're inspected. I just could do with a bit of advice on what's a good fire paint!

I've used it on doors.. its expensive on the scale you are considering though.
