Painting on Polycarbonate

Hello,

I plan on buying some plain white phone cases and paint on them to give away as presents. After some searching I found out that these cases are almost only made of polycarbonate.

My question is, what should I use to paint on them/how should I use it so that the painting is durable and is not unhealthy?

The only suggestion I can make is paint them with Dulux Upvc Paint,

Minor problem though, this paint only comes in "White"
